Useful information

Especially for the north and central Vietnam;

In the period between November and April, the weather is variable, from sunny to cold and rainy. It is advisable during this period to bring some rain gear with some warmer clothes. In the period from April to November, it is good to pack a hat with a wide brim, sunscreen (at least SPF15) and a reliable insect repellent. A thin rain poncho is useful all year round.

The south of Vietnam is generally a lot warmer all year round, so warm clothing is not really necessary.

Get Up And Go Vietnam does everything to make your trip an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, we have no control over weather conditions. Our apologies for that!

Đà Lạt, in the Southern part of the Central Highland, is the capital of Lâm Đồng Province. The weather, in general, is nicely spring like cool compared with the rest of the country. Because of the cooler weather it was a popular town for the French who were fleeing the heat of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). From the early 1900’s they further developed the town and built their holiday homes and elegant French colonial villas can be found in the nearby area.

The terraced hills surrounding the town are extremely suitable for the conversion of flowers and vegetables. The area and especially towards the north is famous for its coffee.

The town itself is centered around a lake and a golf course. The hilly countryside is mainly pine forests, lakes and waterfalls and that makes it a very popular destination for adrenaline-fuelled activities.

The perfect way to get around is to take a day trip on a motorbike with the Original Easy Riders. Relax and enjoy this beautiful area on the back of a motorbike while your experienced rider will take you to best places in and around town.

For this 2 day and 1-night trip we will take you through parts of the Central Highlands from Da Lat to beach town Mui Ne.
