HOI AN TO HUE – MOTORBIKE TOUR VIA HAI VAN PASS

During this fabulous motorbike tour we first depart for An Bang beach, The Marble Mountains and Danang. Other places we visit during this day are the Elephant Spring, Phuoc Tuong Pass, Lang Co Beach and of course the Hai Van pass. We will enjoy lunch in a Fishing Village (the center of seafood in Huế). The Hai Van Pass, (Vietnamese: Đèo Hải Vân, “ocean cloud pass”) which is an approximately 21 km long mountain pass on National Road 1A in Vietnam. We will relax on top of the mountain so you can enjoy the magnificent views and take some pictures.
We pick you up at around 7:30am at your hotel in Hoi An and start driving to visit the Marble Mountains where we hike up the mountain to visit the caves and pagodas on top.
We continue along this beautiful peace of winding road before we arrive in Da Nang. Da Nang is the largest city in central Vietnam and nowadays full in motion by high-rise architecture, a city in development. Here we visit the fabulous Vietnam East Sea.
We head on and ride towards the magnificent Hai Van Pass (Vietnamese: Đèo Hải Vân, “ocean cloud pass”) which is an approximately 21 km long mountain pass on National Road 1A in Vietnam.
We will relax on top of the mountain so you can enjoy the magnificent views and take some pictures. As this is one of the most beautiful roads in Vietnam it really looks like heaven.
We head down the mountain towards Hue and enjoy lunch in a fishing village (the center of seafood in Huế). After lunch we continue our drive to Elephant Spring amongst other places.
We will drop you off at your hotel in Hue. This day ends around 5pm.
During this day you don’t need to worry about your luggage. It will go safely on the back of the motorbike and if for some reason this is not possible there will always be a support car you can take you luggage.
Besides, do not forget to prepare a day backpack with sun cream, swimming gears and a pair of dry clothes for activities.

Useful information
Especially for the north and central Vietnam;
In the period between November and April, the weather is variable, from sunny to cold and rainy. It is advisable during this period to bring some rain gear with some warmer clothes. In the period from April to November, it is good to pack a hat with a wide brim, sunscreen (at least SPF15) and a reliable insect repellent. A thin rain poncho is useful all year round.

What do I need to know?
During the period March to November it will good to pack your swimming gear, a
towel, a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen (at least SPF15), a reliable insect
repellent, toiletries, a camera and lots of batteries. Warm clothing for the cooler
months of November to March are advised. How much luggage can I take? Your
vehicle has limited space so please keep your luggage to a maximum of 15kgs in
a backpack or soft over-night bag and include a small day pack to hand carry for
easy access to camera, sunscreen, water etc. Inhibitions can be left in the
luggage storage rooms at your hotel with your other unwanted baggage.
